Technical Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist
This role focuses on building and managing the technical infrastructure that supports marketing, lead generation, CRM, automation, analytics, and AI-driven sales and marketing processes.
Introduction
We are looking for a technically skilled and business-oriented person to work at the intersection of marketing, sales, data, and technology. The role focuses on building and managing the technical infrastructure that supports marketing, lead generation, CRM, automation, analytics, and AI-driven sales and marketing processes.
The purpose of the role is to improve how we generate leads, nurture prospects, support the sales process, and use data and automation to increase sales efficiency and marketing impact.
This role sits between Marketing, Sales, and IT/Development and will be a key enabler of scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Technology & Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
Set up tracking, analytics, and conversion measurement
Manage landing pages, forms, and lead capture flows
Optimize lead generation funnels and campaign performance
Work with marketing on campaigns, targeting, and tracking ROI
Implement A/B testing and campaign analytics
CRM & Sales Process Enablement
Configure and maintain CRM system (primarily Lime)
Manage pipelines, deal stages, dashboards, and reporting
Build workflows for lead assignment, follow-ups, reminders, and tasks
Improve sales processes through automation and data
Ensure CRM data quality and structure
Build reports for sales performance, pipeline, and marketing ROI
Marketing Automation & Email Flows
Set up automated email flows and newsletters
Build lead nurturing flows and customer journeys
Manage segmentation, lists, and targeting
Set up event-based communication flows
Optimize open rates, conversion rates, and engagement
AI & Automation for Sales and Marketing
Implement AI tools for (e.g. Gong.ai):
Lead scoring
Lead qualification
Automated follow-ups
Content generation
CRM data enrichment
Meeting booking and outreach
Build AI agents/workflows for:
Lead management
Follow-up reminders
Proposal follow-ups
Customer communication
Evaluate and implement new tools for automation and growth
Data, Analytics & Reporting
Build dashboards for marketing and sales performance
Track:
Leads
Conversion rates
Pipeline value
Campaign performance
Customer acquisition
Analyse data and suggest improvements to marketing and sales processes
Work with management on KPI’s and growth metrics
